By subscribing, you agree to pay a recurring fee of $10 USD per month via PayPal for 350 image generations. You may purchase multiple subscriptions. Each subscription will grant you an additional 350 image generations per month. Subscriptions will automatically renew each month unless canceled through PayPal's recurring payments management. If you cancel your subscription, any unused image generations will remain in your account for future use.
The images generated through our service are produced by a model called FLUX DEV, developed by Black Forest Labs. We do not host, modify, or control the image generation model. The images generated may vary widely in content, including content that some may find offensive, explicit, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for the nature, quality, or content of the images produced.
You are solely responsible for how you use the images generated. We strongly advise against using these images in any illegal, harmful, or unethical manner. By using our service, you agree that you will not hold GPTchatly.com liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of the generated images.
All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time via PayPal. Upon cancellation, no further charges will be made, but no refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription period.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the last month.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
We will retain the email address that you purchased the subscription with. Without it we are not able to authenticate you. We may occasionally contact your regarding the changes in the service. We will never share it with the third party except for our database host - Clerk.com.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
